Our next event is the Summer Open House at Jack Pine Studio!

Join us July 10th, 11th and 12th, 2026 for a weekend filled with FREE family activities, art, live music and glass blowing demos, and community fun in the heart of Hocking Hills.

FREE FAMILY ACTIVITIES 12PM-4PM EVERY DAY

Guests are invited to explore the glass garden, watch live glass-blowing demonstrations, browse the gallery, and enjoy live music throughout the weekend. We will have a delicious food truck visiting with a perfect lunch on hand and ice cream will also be available on-site.

​

Bring the whole family because free activities will take place daily from 12PM - 4PM. Kids and adults can enjoy face painting, watermelon eating contests, three-legged races, friendship bracelet making, make-your-own honeybee watering stations, cotton candy, blowing glass bubbles, and kid-driven glass demos.

​

This year’s featured event is the Sidewalk Art Competition for Teens & Adults. Visitors will have the opportunity to walk through the studio grounds and vote for their favorite sidewalk art creations throughout the weekend. Participants will create original artwork using chalk and water-based acrylic paint.

​

Children will also be able to decorate and draw on the sidewalks inside the glass gardens. Chalk and acrylic paint supplies will be provided for children during the event.

​

Visitors are encouraged to take part in our Giving Back School Supply Drive. Guests who bring a backpack filled with approximately $30 worth of school supplies will receive a FREE exclusive Red, White & Blue glass ornament while supplies last. Donated school supplies will be distributed to children and families in need throughout surrounding communities.

The Summer Open House is designed to celebrate creativity, community, and summertime in the Hocking Hills region. Whether you are visiting for the art, the activities, the gardens, or the live demonstrations, there will be something for all ages to enjoy.
