Jack Pine, a native of Southern Ohio, found his artistic calling early, studying art at the Columbus College of Art and Design. His journey into glassblowing took him to the renowned glasshouses of Seattle, where he honed his craft amidst the city's vibrant artistic scene. Drawn back to the tranquility and natural beauty of Southern Ohio's Hocking Hills, Jack immersed himself in perfecting his art, capturing the essence of nature's organic forms in his glass creations.
Jack has been a glass pumpkin staple at The Circleville Pumpkin Show since 1992.
As the owner of Jack Pine Studio, his work graces hundreds of galleries across the nation, including Corning Museum of Glass.
With over 30 years of blowing glass, Jack’s work shows his dedication to craftsmanship and passion for creating art that resonates with the beauty of the natural world.
